Customer would like policy and waivers to be by state. She would like to be able to select a drop down for the state that automatically adds policy and waivers to the registration form, for licensing needs. BAM 51109127
Guardian and Client Verbiage on Registration Forms, Rather Than Parent/Child
Adult daycare facility would like the registration form to have more edits when it comes to the name of Parent/Child to read something like Guardian/Client or something like that. BAM 86068955 requested this.
