Remove the ability to Remove a Corporate Lesson

Customer plans to push Lessons down from the Corproate Portal to Locations. Customer does not want Staff to be able to remove lessoms on the school level

Update Parent Authorization Form for ACH

With the new payment method update it is now asking for the CVV# for debit or credit cards and there is not an option on the form to add it.

Customer Log Default

Invoices sent out should automatically be added to the customer log and make the user responsible for turning it off if they don't want the option. The box is small and not a very visible reminder when your in the middle of billing.
