Please add multi-factor authentication to the app and online version. We hold a lot of data and family information in these platforms and it seems irresponsible that you all would not have this.

Customers would like more data to transfer when switching from desktop to online. Currently we are limited to what is included in the FE sync. Staff time cards, billing and accounting, tracking/user defined, schedules, etc.

I have staff receiving confidential declined parent payment notifications that have no business receiving this information. I also have NO control to change this. This puts our operation at risk for adversely sharing confidential client information.
A parent was trying to pay ahead, and they are not checking for their bill. They miscalculated their payment and received a late payment on the last week of the month. They would like to be able to see an anticipated monthly payment.
