When a parent completes certain items online, the item has "Created by user in MyProcare" beside it and we would like that removed. it takes up unnecessary space on forms and we don't need it.

Currently, it is very easy to mark a child "present" that is not attending. This throws off head counts and requires the provider to go and delete the incorrect time.
