Adjusted Payment Post Dates

Kiddie Academy uses ledger lock to close their books every Friday. When Payments are made by families over Saturday and Sunday, they are posted to a 'closed' week which causes them to have to reopen their ledger for that time period.

Ideally they would like a solution that will change the post date of payments received over the weekend to the date they are processed (typically would be the following Monday), with a note in the comments section about the date the payment was received.

payments received over the weekend causes their accounting team to go back in to reopen the ledger period that was locked in order to process the payments and then close the ledger again. It is a persistent point of friction for their team to deal with.

The internal ledger lock allows users to add a grace period rather than need to use rollback, and I know that KA recently transition over to the internal version. This should no longer be an issue.
