IKS Integration Enhancement: TE Integration

IKS would like to include TE into the existing integration, in order to support processing one-time registration fees via Tuition Express directly from IKS interfaces.

Clients such as CDS and Endeavor want to collect registration fees during form submissions, but currently IKS uses a third-party processor which leads to disconnected workflows and manual entry.

IKS proposes:

• Tokenize payment method entered in IKS and pass to Tuition Express for one-time or recurring use.

• Automatically post one-time payments to the child’s ledger card in Procare.

• Optional: Establish a broader agreement to enable Tuition Express as the default processor within IKS.

IKS is not a Tier 1 processor. They are open to routing all transactions through Tuition Express if the API and business model align.
