Procare Solutions Internal Ideas Portal
There are several bugs associated with MyProCare.com that negatively affect both the parent and school administrations experience. These bugs have been a problem going on 3+ years. It would be great if a small team could be assigned to work on this problem and solve it. It is a huge reason why people are leaving ProCare.
Main Bugs:
System times out on parents too soon and kicks them out mid registration
fees come in without associated paperwork and no notification in re-registrations to import
