Hiding payments option in app

Customer does not want to allow parents to pay through the app, and have that functionality turned off, but parents still see the 'pay now' functionality in the app even though it's not enabled.

Customer would like an enhancement that hides the payment option in the UI if payments are not enabled for the app.
