Include state name in Milestone data in QueenBee

When customers have questions/issues with Milestones there's no way to tell which state's milestones are already applied. The numbers give an indication but no concrete way to tell which state milestones are applied.

Add Company ID and Root ID filters to Desktop Extras reports
