The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.
Some schools ask families to upload documents throughout the year (i.e. for immunization records). It would be helpful to provide a notification for these.
Have all Center level customers default to TE on onboard
Have all Center level customers default to Tuition Express upon onboard. Have all Parent Engagement centers default to Tuition Express. This would save time on the onboarding process.
Staff Schedule available across the app and desktop side
Staff cannot see their schedule created on the desktop side of Procare on their app. But when I create their schedule on Procare connect I loose the functionality of payroll.
Not allowing parents to sign in/unlock our secure door before we "open" for the day would ensure children are not being dropped off before the appropriate time
On the dashboard view, please give us a graph and a downloadable report that shows total daily attendance by day, week, month, year, and multi-year options.
It would be really helpful for us to be able to look at the total daily attendance and see in a report and/or graph what the trend is day by day, week by week, month by month, and average of year by year.
Customer would like policy and waivers to be by state. She would like to be able to select a drop down for the state that automatically adds policy and waivers to the registration form, for licensing needs. BAM 51109127
Ability to restrict sign in/sign out to admin teachers
Center would like to be able to restrict the ability to sign in/out on a person by person basis or just to admin level staff to prevent accidental sign in/outs which have angered some parents but they don't just want to turn the notifications off ...
