Customer has found the Family ID column of billing reports to be helpful in reconciling. The Family ID is only visible within a report, and is not displayed elsewhere in Procare Online.
Allow Admins to Merge and Delete Duplicate Records
Customers are limited to deactivating duplicate records, which can quickly make a mess of their Family Data. Customer has suggested allowing Admins to merge and delete any duplicate records.
Add multiple tables to Data Viewer (user defined & Tracking)
Current functionality only enables users to run reports with tracking items OR user defined fields. Customers need to report using both. We need to add a data view tool that enables users to use report using multiple data tables.
