The gender identity field is limited as only "Male, Female, or Unassigned" can be selected at the time of registration. Some current clients and potential ones have expressed the need for the ability to list additional gender identities.

    Students marked as inactive but have an active PRA

    Sometimes students are accidentally marked as "inactive" when they have an active PRA. In this sutation, they do not show up on reports. Can the system alert the user when this occurs with a student?

    BAM 36408873 would like the ability to mark messages as unread to come back to later (like when a parent makes a request and the admin/staff doesn't have time to do it right now but doesn't want to forget).

    Schedule parent Messages

    Customers would like the ability to be able to create parent messages and schedule them to send at a later time, similar to scheduled newsletters. Some customers state they have had this access in the past on other platforms, not Procare.

    Centers would like to be able to search for keywords in messages

    For example, if the director was talking about a subject with a parent a week before than they want to be able to search that subject to see who it was with or find around what time that conversation happened.

    Add status and withdrawn access to Student Child Directory Report
