EDocs - alerted or notified when a family adds a document.

EDoc's - schools would like to be notified when parents upload a document via EDoc's so that they can act and proactively to take care of any items that are pending their review from parents as well as licensing requirements.

Alert Admin Users when parent changes their Payment Account

Schools are charged different processing fees for ACH and Credit Card Payments. The schools want to be aware of the changes in fees to expect due to the Parent switching in between ACH and Credit Card.

Ability to change order of calendar events displayed

Customer would like to be able to display calendar events from most current to furthest out. Possibly add an option for ascending and descending?
