The only way to currently add a profile pic for a parent or contact is through the app. Children pics can be added through the portal. Adding through the portal for parents would give centers more flexibility in this
Customer has found the Family ID column of billing reports to be helpful in reconciling. The Family ID is only visible within a report, and is not displayed elsewhere in Procare Online.
Allow Admins to Merge and Delete Duplicate Records
Customers are limited to deactivating duplicate records, which can quickly make a mess of their Family Data. Customer has suggested allowing Admins to merge and delete any duplicate records.

Teachers submit their lesson plans for the following week by the Wednesday before. Our directors/admins then go through all of them to make sure the lesson plans are correct, hitting every milestone, and in accordance with DOE.
When applying milestones to lesson plans, need to be filter by categories (Age range)
When applying milestones to lesson plans, there is not a way to tell which age the milestone applies to. Especially confusing when differnet milestones for different age ranges have the same name.
