Staff phone numbers do not sync over. Is it possible to ensure they do?

Would like more options to customize the daily activities (like Mood?) Wanted to have a Behavior activity but did not like the Mood option.

Client would appreciate if Staff time rounded up like in Procare Desktop. Wants staff to be able to clock in a few minutes early, but struggling with having time pull exact minutes as she runs into issues with OT etc.

Client asked for a way to lock the staff photos to prevent them from changing it. She will set a photo to their standards but then the staff will go and put the one they want.
