Ability to trigger pre-registration forms individually, in batches, or in bulk to enrolled families to initiate pre-registration for the next school year.
Ability to trigger automation email based on certain form/document submissions being either received or accepted (Example: Uitilize start date upon acceptance of a pre-registration to trigger final enrollment documentation process 2 weeks prior to start date)
Ability to track staff phsysical, first aid training, and CPR training dates against employee profile and generate a report on this to identify those needing to update. See sample from CCM for all key dates which includes DOB.
