Power BI Pricing Action and Structure Report

TE and Operations is requesting a Power BI report that shows all customers with Pricing Action in the last 12 months, and what that is. If possible, this report also shows customers with changed ownership in the last 12 months.

We need to be able to identify active centers and their pricing structure.

An additional page in this report will include centers grouped by Root Company ID with different pricing structures per company.

• Pricing Action: When Procare Solutions makes a change to the customers pricing structure

  • It is currently unknown if this is stored anywhere and Meagan Whitehead (Somo) has been using residual data to identify pricing actions

    • Examples:

    • Changes to the discount rate for a customer's tiers

    • Changing the per transaction fees

    • Customers that process ACH to a BPS model instead of per transaction

Data Platform needs to identify:

• Definition of "Pricing Action", "Pricing Structure", and "Changed Ownership"

• How to ingest and analyze the data for the above definitions

• Build actionable reporting for the key stakeholders (TE team and Operations)
