Update Desktop Extras report to include KinderConnect Extra

The existing Desktop Extras Power BI Report does not include the KinderConnect extra. We'd like to get the KinderConnect extra added to this report. Currently the extra supports 2 states (NY and Missouri) and we are working on adding 2 new states (Louisiana and Arizona). Ideally we'd get this extra added to the report before we deploy our changes to the extra in mid-December so we can document the extra usage pre-release and then once we release the 2 new states we can pull #s on a potential increase in extra usage.
