Since we are unable to implement pendo into Procare Desktop we need a different mechanism for tracking adoption/usage metrics. We will be deploying a few great customer experience enhancements in our Feb 20/22 release for the Desktop-Engagement sync. We need to be able to track and report on which users are clicking on these new features.
