Desktop Email Service Reporting Enhancements

Marketing wants to have the ability to view the historical data for the Email Service Provider page of the report to help them see historical trends in growth of adoption (to measure against adoption that shows after we add more marketing efforts) so we would need the ability to expand the timeline in the view.

1. Allow the report to show more than a one month look at the data, ideally 12 months

Add filters to create segments based on these accounts to use as a suppression list for email sends so we aren't bugging users who already have this feature enabled?
