Here are the things we'd want to see in PBI:
TE 1st part processor, BW uses Stripe: Display customer's TE rates
Leads: Show MyProcare usage for DT, and Leads for OL
Infant activity dashboard: Display customer's usage in FE/OL
Geofence/GPS checkin: Display parent's usage in FE/OL
BW bills customers based on attendance/fixed-rate: Display customer's attendance/enrollment data
BW can't allow payers to pay in advance or larger than posted balance: Can we see how often this happens in DT/FE/OL?
BW bills each child as a separate transaction, equaling more fees: Display attendance/enrollment data
BW does not have integrations with QB and Checkr, they do have curriculum but it's cheaper through Procare: Display customer's usage on all 3
BW offers limited support: Show Support stats (how many calls/avg length, chats, emails)
Would also be nice to display customer's SW fees just so this report is a one-stop shop for AM.
