Example: Root ID 97031000
When you click on the Root Company Processing link in Salesforce, it shows 116 accounts and 155 centers.
The 116 accounts is the number of accounts in Salesforce - but it doesn't take into consideration accounts marked as prospect, duplicate, inactive, attritted, vs current customer.
The 155 centers is the number of centers in PBI - but it doesn't take into consideration active status.
Can we:
Update the labels so reps understand these numbers
Update those numbers to only show Current Customer and Active centers, or have a separate panel that shows active only?
