First week of the month, Tammie has me review controllable vs non-controllable churn. This would be CMS churn where the customer totally left Procare, and sometimes includes TE.
She then has me review controllable churn to Brightwheel, and the cost of that churn. The linked report above is great - but I think it only includes TE revenue and not Software, but I could be wrong about that. It would be helpful to filter by the competitor churned to, what month, and cost of churn for both software and TE.
Dave S would also like to see ledger activity, first transaction, last transaction, ACH vs CC volume, and if surcharging is/was enabled.

We also look at the cost of controllable churn, and have AMs check in 30 days post-churn to the top 15 (usually) customers - that did not go to Brightwheel. We have a separate health check process in place for BW.
