Ingest Payment Methods Data for Online

Ingesting data from Online's payment_methods table will facilitate KPI tracking related to BIN Lookup and general monitoring of payment method mix and auto pay failures in Online.

Ideally the data could be presented as aggregated counts per attribute: variable at the center and global levels, rather than at the payment method level (avoid massive data ingest and any PII concerns).

Attributes, and associated variables, to be included from the table include:
kind; brand; status; auto_pay; sub_kind; verified_sub_kind; auto_pay_failed
