AGS TE List Enhancements Phase 2

This pertains to: AGS Account and Center Lists.v3 - Power BIWe need to make enhancements to current report so the AGS team can better identify opportunities.

Acceptance Criteria (Requirements) of Request

Enhancement Criteria

  • DT+PE Mobile Pay (Is there any other mobile payment method?)

  • License renewal

  • Phone

    • This this probably not in Principal and needs be added

    • This is not a necessary requirement to complete phase 2

  • Subscriber email (Online)

  • Processing volumes with Stripe

    • 30-day, 1-year, lifetime

    • principal.processing_daily_not_te DONE

  • Add online school id and QB link DONE

  • Add total center revenue (aka total payments to center)

    • We have this for desktop cloud in principal.center_ledger_payments_daily_summary

    • We can/should add this for Online… it is not challenging. It is in the parent_payments table.

    • Also % of total that are agency payments (aka subsidy revenue)

  • Find filter for divorcees (drops)

    • Get clarification

  • Add TE do not call field

  • Filter for inactive centers in primary platform (filter by center_is_active_status = true and center_has_activity_30_day = true)

  • Add account name to center

  • Add account AGS to filters

  • Create a data dictionary

    • Excel spreadsheet with definition of each field

    • Brian may have some existing work that helps with this

  • Related open opportunity info

    • Brian has the work in principal almost done

  • Online free tier status

  • Add attribute with more Online subscription info

    • Per month or per kid

    • Monthly rate

    • Online or offline billing


David S - Solve for this in phase 2I see there are 1.2k SCW locations most of which are enterprise.  Is there a quick and easy means to identify how many clients these locations represent (ie: 100 clients with 1.2k locations, etc) - right now provided distinct count root customer name (85)

    The content of this request layed the foundation for TE Health. TE Health is a much larger initiative that brings AGS enablement data and analytics to their fingertips in Salesforce.
