Create Front End Report of the Attached Query for Celebree

Celebree periodically reaches out requesting that the following queries be run so that they could be provided with the query results since there are no existing reports on the front end that provide all of the requested information. They usually reach out to support about once a month or once every three weeks. Support runs the queries and provides the client with the requested data. Please see the attached file for more details including the queries used.
