Currently if a Third Party Contract expires, the Sponsor box on the child's PRA stays checked. When this happens it's causing a billing issue regarding discounts. The discount will calculate correctly on the Combined Ledger, but the discount is not being calculated correctly when you go to the parent ledger. It shows the discount correcltly, but shows the full amount of the fee instead of subtracting the discount from it. When the box is unchecked, the discount calculated correctly on both ledgers.

This will save a lot of time so that the customers don't have to constantly monitor for expired contracts, manually uncheck the box and then have to recreate billing (if on defined billing). Customers on Transactional would have to manually click on the blue tag to fix. |
