Remove a room from a report that is stil active

Brightpath would like the options for rooms on the clipboard to be removed even though the rooms are still active with children. The rooms just do not need to be on this report any longer.

How does this impact the customer's business?

This would be time saving for the customer and the staff if they did not have to see this on the reports or have it print any longer. They are specifically referring to the transportation and Pizza room right now. But if they could pick and choose which rooms appeared they would like that.
