Cadence would like to have the ability for GL data to reflect on financial reports in SCW when creating and using new type fees set up at the center level in SCW. Right now, this data only properly reflects on reporting when creating and using the new type fee at the business level. If it is not possible or too heavy of a lift, Cadence would like additional guardrails in place to notify the user that GL data will not appear on financial reports when saving the new valid value at the center level.

Regarding the suggested work around, I forgot to mention that the client pushed back on setting up new type fees at the business level due to https://procare.atlassian.net/browse/DCW-7951 still being an outstanding issue. Perhaps fixing DCW-7951 would then allow this client to continue with business level set up.
