The GL Export (Oracle) CSV report was written for Roseville and appears that it is only currently available in their account (unless enabled for other customers). They recently did a GL code overhaul and are requesting that column B be hardcoded with the value 300000003030100. And if possible, they were also wondering if we could put in a rule so that $0 line items do not show on the export.

Discussed with @Guest today. For the hardcoded update, it seems straightforward but would be great to confirm if this could be tested in the system being uploaded into before we discuss making changes. Kevin is going to talk to them about their process today and understand our abilities to test or verify that this new value would work for them, and what issues they are experiencing today.
For the $0 line item piece of the request, without report headers we are unsure what this update would actually look like. Kevin is going to follow up on that as well.

Mari is going to see if we have existing docs on this report at all that can fill in any gaps, and also discuss with the team on feasibility. Finally, we will need to triple check no one else is using this before we can consider making updates.
