Cadence - Ability to Change Convenience Fee Label To Technology Fee and Have That Change Reflected On Payment Screens As Well As SCW Web App and Parent Portal Ledgers

We need the ability to be able to change the Convenience Fee valid value label (already can be done) to Technology Fee AND to have that change reflected on payment screens and ledgers and wherever else the label populates. Currently when changing the name of that valid value, the label 'Convenience Fee' still shows on payment screens and ledgers.

How does this impact the customer's business? There are certain rules around Convenience Fees in certain states and being able to change the label and call it a Technology Fee is a way around it.
