The current A/R Aging Report report format does not include family ID which it makes it difficult to differentiate between families with same last name (Smith, Jones etc.)

The customer believed the ageing data was incorrect because they were getting different families named both Thomas mixed up. Adding the Family ID to the report will prevent confusion and wasted time contacting support for a non-issue. |
