Send notification for documents uploaded in the parent portl

Currently there are no notifications sent when a family uploads documents in the parent portal.

    We do not display notifications, but you are able to see a consolidated list of documents that have been added by parents/admins.

    To view documents that have been uploaded go to home > files, change level to child and then enter from and to dates. Click here for more information.
