Charge upon Approval- we want families charged upon APPROVAL of registration, not when submitting registration. This was a feature last August (2019) when we began registration for last school yearand it was taken away.

Since taking away the choice of charging upon approval it makes it hard for us to refund families who are not accepted into the program. Families were charged upon registration for summer even though the program couldn't accept them. We are not ok with charging a family the registration fee if they cannot enter the program. On the flip side, we do want families to pay UPON APPROVAL into the program so that they are not entering the program with a balance due that we now have to collect.
