Add drop-down option for families from other schools to enter their location

We need an option on the drop down for families from other schools to enter their school location. We are offering remote Home Learning and have been tasked with offering Full Time Daycare in some of our Buildings to support the entire District not just our child care sites. So we need an option in the drop down for a parent from another school to answer the School Attending field. They are getting hung up there and because their school is not a choice they don't know what to choose so they call or email. We are getting overwhelmed with calls and emails and would like to eliminate this one. We need a generic option in this box and not to be charged for an active site each month for that option to appear.
