Thank you for the idea submission! I believe parents and contacts may be using the app incorrectly. The InSite Connect app which is downloaded on a parents phone is basically the family portal in a mobile app. In order to login to the Connect app, each parent should have their own username and password. When the check in is made it will be recorded with the logged in username of the parent. Guardian 1 and 2 should both have their own logins. Contacts cannot currently log into the connect app. If a contact must check in a child they can do so with their pin on InSite Select or an admin can check in the children for them via InSite Provider.
