Add column to specific charge and credit report and run in weekly batch
Currently pulling the Specific Charge/Credit Report in SCW, but we manually added a Rate column. We would like this updated report set up in a weekly batch.
Is it the specific charge/credit summary or specific charge/credit summary one sheet? The one sheet
When they say rate do they want the dollar amount, rate ID or rate name? rate name (since amount will already be listed, I should only need the rate name)
If run on Mondays, what would the date range of the report be run for? I’ll need it on two frequencies. 1. Mondays (for the previous Monday to Sunday) 2. On the 1st of the month of the entire previous month.
Report should pull off of Post Date and not Create Date
Additional Columns/Fields to Add:
Classroom Name
Subsidy Name (if subsidy)
Report should only include dates when someone entered them while adding the adjustment on the Financials screen. (See attached example of what’s currently pulling on the report, all the 9/21/2020-9/27/2020 dates were auto defaulted when we ran the report)
To amend this a bit, the current process is cumbersome because they have to take info from SCW and then format it in their accounting system. Without that billing rate column included, they can't get all the information they need into their accounting system. They would like this set up in a weekly batch run on Mondays.
Include Revenue Tracking and Family ID
