Batch Enroll Issue of large number of rooms listed. Over the course of time we have set up probably over 1,000 rooms/programs so now when we go to batch enroll a student the room list is almost too much to sort through. I am hoping that by now there is a simpler way for all those old rooms not to show.

Thank you for the suggestion! We understand how this can be a very time consuming task. We do have a screen which allows the bulk updating of room status. Navigating to Setup > Room Summary will allow certain bulk updating. However, you have a special case with 1,000 rooms and any type of browser will struggle to load that much data in the way that we display it. A support rep or account manager will reach out to help inactive the rooms in a quicker fashion. Thanks!
