Enable Removal Feature on Parent Managed Calendar once Room Availability has been Closed

Currently, when Administrators have closed the availability of a day on the Parent Managed Calendar customers are still able to remove the day. If the removal button was only available for open days this would help get accurate attendance numbers when closed.
