Ability to Move Existing Children to New Families

Currently in Procare Desktop, the client has thousands of duplicate child records and wants to avoid having duplicates in DCW. So, they would like the ability to move a child from their existing family to a new family. They tried to do this with the merge function, but in that process the FROM family information is deleted and they need to be able to retain that information.
