Magic Mountain wants to add a BCC and CC option on the emails from the Communication Tab for Daycare Works Provider/Connect. For example to all the active children in the center, you click on all the children you want to email (their parents) but if you want to copy (cc) or blind copy (bcc) a staff member, a contact or whoever you cant. If you had a box where you could type in the email address of someone you wanted to bcc or cc and then if it just saved anything that you have typed in the past so that it pops up when you start typing, that would be great.

This isn't an item that is on our roadmap at the moment. All emails that have been sent through the system can be seen on the Connect > Communication screen after selecting Actions > View Sent Communications.
There are also records of what has been sent on specific family accounts after selecting the communication tab.

Can you explain why this is unlikely to implement? This would be very helpful for us as well. Right now we have to remember to send a copy to the sender and then remember to forward the message to whoever else needs to see it. If the user forgets to check the send a copy to sender box, we have to create a new email outside of the system. It is cumbersome and too prone to human error.
