Add column for age in Adventure Guides Event Roster report Merged

some of our venues for Adventure Guides charge a different amount based on the age of the child. Would like to be able to filter ages of child participants via the Event Roster Report with either a column for "age" or preferably "date of birth" (the latter which appears on the Program Roster Report).
