Adding a Notes Section/Box in the Pending Registrations Screen

There are situations where the client receives new family registrations but those registrations have to sit for an extended period of time so the client was hoping that we could add a note section under the Registrations > Approval screen so that they could add notes to the pending registration. For example, say a family signed up for this school year but decided to hold off and not attend until the following year or next summer. Instead of rejecting the registration and having the parent sign up again in the future, they would like to let the registration sit there pending until the time comes. There are cases where children need to be observed or have special needs and say they want to add a note on the pending account or record some details from a conversation with the parent saying that they need to revisit the situation in a few months. Having a note section would allow the client to make notes on said accounts and this would prevent families from having to register multiple times in scenarios like these.
