Add prompt for required document checklist uploads

Document checklist uploads were recently added - It appears that this feature does not currently have an option to prompt parent if they are missing a required document type.

Are we able to add in a pop-up notification, similar to the re-confirmation message when a parent logs in to indicate that there are missing documents that are required.
