These admins need the ability to switch kids between the centers they oversee. They have too many centers and frequent changes (that need to be updated immediately), for someone with Business Level access to be doing it for them. To our knowledge, the attached center drop down field is only displayed at the Business Level and is not a field we can enable from Role Permissions. We’ve been told it’s a field that is only accessible with Business Level access. The client would like it to be editable at the Center Level so kids can be reassigned to centers easily and PRAs can be updated with different center programs. This appears to be a Business Level functionality only.
This would allow for several admins to make changes at the center level versus having the sole responsibility fall on One Admin to make changes. Client has expressed their need to frequently make changes due to the nature of their business

Based on how permissions work in SchoolCare Works, we would have to completely overhaul them in order to meet this request. We plan on looking into how we can improve these in the future, but at this time, we will not able to accommodate allowing center level staff to change a child's center
