Currently, Parents can log into the parent portal, click help at the top right, and be taken to the support site.
This leads directly to the support number, so parents call into support
They then call support only to be told to contact their school/center
We believe one of the following would be a more beneficial experience for parents
- Remove the Help Button from the Parent Portal
- Have the Help button within the Parent Portal lead to a message suge as "Please reach out to your school for assistance.
- Redirect the Help button within the Parent Portal to articles created for Parents
