Within the Search Criteria under Payments-Outstanding, there is the option to filter by Auto Pay status. It works well for all clients except for PAD customers. This area of the software is not recognizing families who have 'Checking Account (PAD)' saved under their AutoPay tabs as Autopay holders. However, they are being picked up correctly under the AutoPay Holder report under the financial tab.
