Fix Attendance Information - Calendar View Showing Only EST

Time Zone is set at the business or center level to reflect proper time. Attendance in the system is all set correctly for tracking but when switching to the Calendar View tab, when hovering over the days/times, it only shows in EST instead of PDT for example.
