If a room is no longer set to active from the setup > room screen, they should no longer display as options in dropdown lists throughout the site.
Center Name | Del Mar |
The ability to mark programs as no longer active is present within the system. Additional changes to program archival aren't currently prioritized on our short term roadmap.
If it cannot be removed, can the indicator show that it is inactive or even "grey out". It gets very confusing to scroll through different rooms/programs.
This is significant for us as well. As we have more rooms that we are no longer using, the drop-downs get longer and the possibility for error in selecting the wrong room greater. This is done in some parts of the site, but not others. It is a common database practice. Could you explain why it is categorized as unlikely to implement?
Thanks.
