Currently all children in data base show on the search list - We would like the search to show only those within the current semester vs scrolling through 1000's of names to find the right person

If you would like to 'hide' a family because they no longer have children active at a center you can go to the family record, select the family tab and uncheck the active button.
When you mark as family as no longer active they will not automatically pull up from the quick search field in the top left corner. They also will not display automatically when searching just by the first initial of the last name.
If you would like to see these families or children you can use the magnifying glass from the main menu, select advanced search, select show all- yes then select show active and pending enrollments.
